Before work starts
The installation plan accounts for deliveries, lifting, site access, existing services and interfaces with other trades. Site-specific risk assessments and method statements set out how the work will be controlled.
Working in live premises
Where conditions allow, work can be divided into agreed phases or scheduled outside core hours. Segregated work areas and coordinated delivery windows help separate installation activity from employees and vehicle movements.
Inspection and handover
The completed structure is checked against the approved design before handover. The project documentation brings together the relevant drawings, structural information and operation and maintenance details for the installed floor.
